1. Privacy Policy
a. Data Collection:
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and payment information, when you register for our courses, consultations, or services.
b. Data Use:
Your data is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services, processing transactions, and improving your experience on our site.
c. Data Protection:
We implement robust security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by Law.
d. Data Retention:
Your personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, after which it is securely deleted.
2. Cancellation /Reschedule Requests
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be received ten calendar days before the course starts.
3. Course Certificate
ProtocolandPeople provides a Certificate of Completion once there is full attendance. Certificates of Completion are sent via email to the e-address on the registration record. Certificates are provided as a PDF, so you have a digital record to print as needed. Allow up to a week following your course for receipt.
4. Copy of an Invoice/Receipt
Invoices and receipts are automatically generated and sent to the e-address provided on the registration.
5. Refund Policy
All payments made for courses, consultations, or services on ProtocolandPeople are final and non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Full payment at the time of registration or fourteen days before the service strikes. If you missed a registered course, you can retake it within three months of the first registration date without additional charges.
6. Terms of Service
a. Service Access:
You are granted access to our courses, consultations, and services upon payment. Unauthorized access, distribution, or reproduction of our content is prohibited.
b. User Conduct:
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, abuse, or any disruptive behavior will result in the termination of your access without a refund.
c. Intellectual Property:
All content, including but not limited to courses, materials, and branding on ProtocolandPeople, is the intellectual property of ProtocolandPeople. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
Any information shared during consultations or services is confidential. We commit to protecting your privacy and maintaining confidentiality, except where the Law requires disclosure.
8. Governing Law
These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of PA/United States. Any disputes arising under these policies will be resolved in the courts of PA/United States.
9. Changes to Policies
ProtocolandPeople reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
